Cancellations of the Rental Agreement must be made in writing and received in our office no later than 61 days prior to contract start date. A $100.00 fee will be charged for all cancellations of applications. Once deposit is paid the contract is in full force and within 61 days of contract start date you are responsible for full contract price.
